Information you provide: When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in your message. Phone number is optional.
Usage data: We collect standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used in aggregate to understand site performance and is not linked to individual identities.
Cookies: We use essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required by law.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years. Web server logs are retained for 90 days. Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for 7 years thereafter for tax and legal compliance purposes.

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data where no legal obligation requires us to retain it
- Withdraw consent to processing (where consent is the legal basis)
