What We Build

Every website we deliver is designed to perform in search and convert visitors into customers — not just look good in a portfolio screenshot.

Custom WordPress Development

WordPress powers 43% of the web for good reason — it's flexible, well-supported, and manageable by your team after launch. We build custom themes (no off-the-shelf page builders) with:

  • Custom block themes using the WordPress Site Editor
  • ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) for structured content management
  • WooCommerce for e-commerce with custom checkout flows
  • Performance-first architecture: no bloated plugins
  • Staging environment and version-controlled deployment

Performance & Core Web Vitals

Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking signal. Slow sites also convert worse. We target:

  • Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) under 2.0 seconds
  • Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) under 0.05
  • Interaction to Next Paint (INP) under 150ms
  • Image optimization with WebP and lazy loading
  • Self-hosted fonts to eliminate render-blocking requests
  • Critical CSS inlining for above-the-fold content

Conversion Rate Optimization

A fast site that doesn't convert is still a broken site. We build with conversion in mind:

  • Above-the-fold value proposition testing
  • Clear calls-to-action with heatmap-informed placement
  • Form design optimized for completion rate
  • Mobile experience prioritized from day one
  • Trust signals: reviews, credentials, case study thumbnails

SEO-Ready Architecture

Every site we launch is ready for organic search from day one:

  • Semantic HTML5 structure
  • Schema markup (LocalBusiness, Organization, BreadcrumbList)
  • XML sitemap and robots.txt configuration
  • Canonical URL handling for multi-location sites
  • GA4 and Google Search Console connected at launch

Our Design Process

We use a structured process to keep projects on time and on budget — and to make sure you know what's happening at every stage.

01

Discovery

Goals, audience, competitors, and content inventory. We learn your business before touching a pixel.

02

Design

Wireframes, then high-fidelity mockups. Two revision rounds before we write a line of code.

03

Build

Custom development on a staging environment with weekly progress updates.

04

Launch

QA, performance testing, SEO checks, then a coordinated launch with zero downtime.

Web Design FAQ

How long does a website project take?

An Essential (5–8 page) project typically takes 6–8 weeks from signed contract to launch. Business projects run 10–14 weeks. Enterprise and custom integration projects are scoped individually. Timelines depend heavily on how quickly you can provide content and feedback.

Do I need to provide the copy and images?

We offer copywriting and photography coordination as add-ons. If you have existing brand assets, we can work with them. For new sites, we'll provide a content template to guide you through what we need for each page.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes. We build every site so non-technical team members can update text, images, and blog posts through the WordPress admin. We include a 1-hour training session at launch, and our care plans include priority support for questions that come up later.

Do you redesign existing websites or only build from scratch?

Both. Redesigns are common — we audit the existing site, preserve any URLs with established SEO equity, and migrate content while rebuilding the theme and architecture. We're careful about redirects and crawl continuity during migration.
